HELP, I need different sights for my Springfield XD-45

I just bought a new Springfield XD-.45 acp service model. I like it but I can't see the sights very well. I have not so good vision and those tiny white dots just don't show up very well for me. I really like the sights that come on the Glocks. Can I get glock sights that will fit on my XD? I like night sights but I hate them in the daytime. The glock sights are alot brighter to me and also bigger and easier for me to see. I really need something like this for my XD. What and where can I get them? Thanks.

There are a lot of commercial sights that you can have installed on your gun, and you can almost dictate what you want. The cheap way is to use some fluorescent orange or green paint on the front sight... modeler's paint's about $1 a bottle, or you can buy "light catching" sights and have them installed if your front sight slides in.

I suspect you can contact Springfield and they will install any kind of a sight you want, if you're willing to spend the money. JMHO
