Help identifying 7.62x54R ammo

Can anyone tell me about this ammo? I assume (we all know what happens there!) it was manufactured in 97. If so would it be non corrosive? It is lacqured steel case with a soft point bullet.It appears to be a fairly heavy bullet, maybe 203 gr.?

Any help would be appreciated.

The headstamp appears to be different on the ammo in the link.

It looks a lot like Barnaul, which is commercial from Russia. If that's the case, it's non-corrosive. 203gr. soft points would definitely make sense too.

Looks like you nailed it! After looking at the link in your post I recognized the box and realized I had a bunch of it in 7.62 x 39, so I compared and they matched. Looks like I had the answer right in front of me the whole time!
