Help Need Suggestion on correct ring height on HK ClawMount

Ok I have a PTR91 Match rifle Basically a H&K91 on the way and bought the high dollar removable standard H&K scope mount. It come with a picatinny rail adaptor to mount what ever scope I choose. I am buying a tactical scope I am deciding between the 44mm or 50mm objective. I want the scope mounted low as possible without frontsight interference. I am not sure how much standard rise over the receiver with the claw mount has. Then add lets sat 1/8" for height of the rail on top of it. What height rings will allow adequate clearance however not be too tall. I know this may vary for the 44mm or the 50mm so what size for each if not the same. Looking to buy rings online tonight to get them here asap.
