I resized some 7.62x25 brass once fired cases and now they will not chamber. The case goes in but stops before being fully seated in the chamber. These were resized using dillon spray lube and RCBS sizing die. It looks to me like the problem is at the shoulder. There is a definite difference between unfired factory shells and my resized brass in the shoulder area. I don't think the die is forming the shoulder correctly. It looks like the shoulder has been pushed back and the angle is more acute on the sized rounds and more tapered on the unfired factory cases. Did I push the case into the die too far or is there something else that might have caused it? Is there any way to fix this mess or do I have to throw the brass away? Any help would be appreciated
