Help with CVA 50 cal

Hi all I need a new nipple for a CVA 50 caliber muzzleloader I have. Someone removed the original to turn it into a wallhanger, it seems to otherwise be complete.

My question is how do I find out what kind of threads it takes? Apparently there are different thread pitches for the nipples.

Note: If I'm using the wrong terminology I'm referring to the piece you place the percussion cap onto and the hammer strikes. Thanks.

Most CVA Hawkens use a 6x1mm threaded nipples.

good gun! Just make sure you check the threads in the bolster to make sure they are not stripped or cracked.
