Help with Remington Stock

I recently aquired 2 Remington rifle stocks. I've identified one of them but this one is eluding me. The recoil pad has Remington on it but there are no other markings. If you need any other pictures or measurements please let me know.

Looks like a model 710 stock to me.

Tend to agree: 710. Pic of forend and sling mount (it aint a swivel) would confirm.

Does a 710 have a recoil lug?

That's a 710. Smooth forearm and sling stud. The 770 has molded in ridges for grip and an integral sling mount.

Thanks so much. 710 it is. With your help I was able to find a 710 stock on line and it's exactly the same. It's a little sad how I got this as well as a new 700 ADL stock, 12 fishing poles and 4 reels. The folks across the street got a divorce and had to sell their house. Investors bought it and yesterday they were taking all sorts of stuff to the road for trash pickup. The fishing poles caught my eye so I just had to go over and check it out. Once I got closer I saw the stocks. I asked them if I could take them and was told if it's at the road it's free for the taking. I don't have any need for the stocks and I'm already good to go on fishing poles but I didn't want them to end up in the landfill. Before I do anything with them I'm going to contact the previous owner and see if he intended to leave the goodies in the house. If not, he gets them back.
