Story:
My wife bought this years ago for someone else, and isn't a gun person herself(still working on that). It sits in my side of the closet with a blanket draped over it so she can forget we even have it, she goes back and forth on selling it. So I thought I would just go ahead and do that, then ask for forgiveness once she realizes it. I've been wanting a pistol recently, as I enjoy shooting at my friend's farm, but money's tight. I don't know all the laws about trying to sell it, so figured it would be easier to just try trading it in. Before I get completely ripped off, I wanted to see everyone's thoughts first. When I checked different forums, for similar ones, I've seen anything from $50 to $400
Facts: (or what passes for it)
It's a 1944, all the numbers I can find match, the stamp looks like Izhevsk to me. It was bought from a sporting goods store, but don't know the price. I believe she only went out with it once, and I don't think many rounds at all were put through it. It's just the rifle and bayonet, no sling or case.
Pics are blurry, but here: http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a161/CreemCheese/Rifle/
