I've heard that the .223/5.56mm isn't very good. It has a lot of duds apparently. This is all from hearing it from other people, so I have no personal experience. I would say buy a couple boxes and try it out to see if it runs well for you.
Just got done blasting through 350 rounds of it. Had two ftf's. Both didnt chamber a round.
I'll buy that ammo again just because it's cheap, but I dont trust it 100%.
