I just shoot for fun mostly. I used to hunt deer with my grandpa when I was young, but haven't hunted since he passed away. That was about 15 years ago. In college, a few friends and my self ran an informal program, not only to get people to shoot, but to try to convert thoes who were anti gun. We used debate, facts, and an unbiased examples and stats to fight the good fight, which in the north-east was not allways easy. I grew up in a house with guns, but my dad was not a shooter or hunter, but belived in guns for self defense, so between dad and grandpa, I saw all of the best in firearms. Conbine all that with my study of revolutionary history, and I'm a beliver in the second Amendment.
As of right now, I shoot the following:
AR15 .223
SIG 229 9MM
HK USP45 45ACP
Colt 1911 45 ACP
Win Mod70 Feather weight 30-06
Win '94 30-30
I've had many other guns, but these are the ones that I have right now.

I recomend the 10/22. I used to look down my nose at .22s till I was out at WW one day and saw one in the case for under two bills. I thought what the hell why not. Well glad I did that little guy is fun to shoot all day, and $10 for 500 rounds cant be beat.

These guys aren't kidding. This is a bad place. They tempt you with little descriptions of great guns and then once you've bought one, you just can't stop. I promise that you will be in need of a twelve step program.
