C'mon, it's the high road. I'm originally from Wyoming & know how low this can get if it were to continue in that direction.

$30 will cover a 2 hour phone watch... going rate on weekend duty is $50-100

if it's a 72 or 96, expect to pay $100-150

Cripes, the rates sure have went up since I was in. I used to take duty all the time, and with the exception of 72's or 96's, I don't think I ever charged more than 20 bucks, and even with those, I don't think I ever charged more than 50. I would even do anniversaries and birthdays for free, providing that whomever I was covering understood that we were really just trading the duty as opposed to me just taking one for the team.
