Did the MTSU student government make the right decision in not recommending that licensed gun owners have weapons on campus?

Horrible wording. The question asks if it was correct to decide not to make a recommendation which is quite different from deciding upon a negative recommendation. In any event about 61% "no" vs. 39% "yes" with 1882 votes cast.
