Hk usp .45 jamming issue

I've seen that sort of migrating fouling create extraction issues when it eventually caused congealed fouling to build up between the extractor (behind the hook) and the inside of its recessed slot.
I'll give the extractor a thorough cleaning, I'll just remove it and see if there's excessive build up behind it. I clean my guns after every range trip and some solvent and oil probably found it way into the extractor slot. It's possible my chronograph is reading fast and my reloads are a bit underpowered, so ill just load some hotter rounds for a test run. I'll also get a few recoil springs for spare parts. Thanks for the advice everyone! I'll get this figured out eventually

Possibly a combination of the H&K factory tolerances stacking up at the tight end of the scale
My HK45 had its first failure after 11K rounds or so and it was an oversized WWB case. Don't remember the length, but it was far from NATO specs.
Check the flat spring; usually it's the first one to break.
