I just picked this pistol up this morning and in browsing the web I've noticed holster selection is a little slim compared to what I'm used to for Glocks.

Can anybody recommend a good right hand OWB holster for the Walther PPQ? Leather or Kydex.

My wife and I both used Comp-Tac kydex for our PPQ's. The International model.
No complaints.
It looks like Blade-Tech has a similar model. I don't have any experience with Blade-Tech and PPQ but have used Blade-Tech holsters for other applications with no complaints.

Not really answering your question here, but my IWB for the PPQ is the Crossbreed Supertuck and I love it. It is a hybrid of leather and Kydex and works very well - it is the best holster I have ever had for any pistol. I have an OWB holster for the PPQ, made by a local company, that I do not like and if I ever buy another one, I will give Crossbreed a look. Just FYI. I would check them out.

I'd suspect most holster makers produce a holster for the Walther PPQ. These are just a few that have an easy accessed gun model list.

I have no trouble finding holsters for PPQ or the older P99. It would help to narrow down your search a little bit though. Do you need any added retention? An Accessory like a light? OWB and leather/kydex doesn't offer much in terms of search criteria.

Here is a hybrid OWB holster from WhiteHat. I use their IWB holster for my P99 and love it.

Thanks for the feedback! Apparently my Google-fu was weak yesterday. I actually ended up ordering one of these this morning. It's a scabbard-type belt holster. I didn't want it to fit any pistol lights or other accessories. The primary purpose is to be a comfortable open carry holster for around the range and camp in the woods. I'll press it into CCW duty as well, depending on time of year and dress.

I will post a picture and a review when it comes in.
