Even though not concealing, still look at #77 Tortilla. Carries out of the way , yet easier to draw from than other "really high" holsters. The origional Roy Baker pancake came with 3 slots to allow crossdraw ,or strieght up & down, with same holster. Many companies offer 3 slot holsters, but most of them ride higher, while ElPaso keeps close to origional ride and angle. Simply Rugged in Alaska offers a copy of origional, in addition to his own vatiations on theme. As far as interfence with rifle, hasn't been a problem, since I usually carry slung rifle on off shoulder, and pistol on usual hip.
