Personally I like how the perps are held responsible for all events resulting from their initial criminal activity.

You initiate an armed robbery or some such crime whereby a reasonable person is in fear of life and limb, then you're responsible for all that happens as a result of your victims defending their lives and well-being.

Police say it was a robbery that went wrong.

I'd say it went quite well. Law abiding citizen uninjured and 2 dirtbags off the street.

"Actualy" used the gun and didn't just use it's mere presence to successfuly defend herself?! Murderer!

Marijuana smoking, "actualy shooting", evil murderer. Fry her and make an example out of her for all of us to fear. It is the only right thing to do with such people.
