I have done one of my own with great success and it is now time for an AR camo job. So before I started on number two I was wondering how many other do their own camo on their rifles.
Post pictures and details here in this thread of what you did, what you used for patterns, what paint colors etc.
Thanks for looking guys

This was largely an accident... First run with Rustoleum, just seeing if I could make something that looked alright. I liked it, so I left it like that, and used it all through the season. Gonna do it to the scope, barrel, and action of another rifle for next season. Click it for the full-sized image.

I have done a few rifles in a Camo pattern, but my best job was on my Bow.
I had it all Camoed Out, and I set it on the ground to go down the hill and find the Javilina I shot.
Me and my friend couldn't find my bow for over a Half hour, and we were within 25 feet of it the whole time.
I did it in a sand base coat, and used Plastic Fern Leaves as pattern sheilds in a random pattern as I did several layers of progressivly darker colors of greens, brown and rust colors.
The paint was Fogged on in sort of stripes and was not really a solid color at any one point.
