I just called Hornady to buy an expander that I broke, and some misc parts like two decapping pins and a shellplate spring. I had my credit card ready to pay for these small parts and the shipping.

I told the lady who answered that I broke the expander by abusing it and that it was not a warranty issue. She asked me to explain what I did. I told her that I had gotten frustrated and attempted to beat a stuck case out of the die with a hammer. I laughed and told her that I thought that if you are that stupid you should pay for your mistakes. She laughed, too, and then told me that she was sending this entire order to me AT NO COST. I thanked her profusely.

As expected, I look forward to buying more Hornady products in the future!

Hrrnady products other than bullets are rare in these parts. I wish I could see some of theit equipment on the shelf.
 
I called them a few months ago and inquired about rebuilding my worn out Pro-Jector press. She gave me a Return Authorization number and I sent it to them. They completely rebuilt it, with a long list of parts they replaced and didn't charge me a dime. All it cost me was the shipping one way, and my press was in new condition when I got it back.

It was great service, and I also expected to pay for the refurbishing of my press, but was very pleasantly surprised.
