Hmm. Don't know if anyone can help or not. I've got several handguns with Crimson Trace laser grips. After a few thousand rounds, oil has found its way onto the laser. I can easily clean it with a little alcohol on those cleaning sticks they send with it, but as soon as I fire one time, the laser is oil fouled again. I have cleaned one it seems like about 10 or 15 times, and still after one round the oil is back on there. I don't think I have been over-oiling the slide. It took many rounds for them to get in this condition. I'd just like to fix them if I can.
Anyone have experience with that? Only my CC is still clean, and I think that's because it's only been fired a few hundred times. Any ideas?
