my wife shoots on occasion... here's a couple shots of her. when she finally demonstrated an ability to be safe w/ a rifle and a desire to do so, we went rabbit hunting. she's got my 10-22.
the other pic is her learning to shoot centerfire rifles. that's a ruger 77 w/ bipod. eventually, she went prairie doggin' w/ this rifle.
she was an anti before we met. she was biased slightly against gun ownership and heavily against hunting.
next week, she's going to make another prairie dog trip w/ me, and fire the ar-15 for the first time. she owns her own 223, 20 ga, and 357, so i'd say she turned the corner!
she doesn't shoot much, but she does occasionally ask to go to the range or to a dog town... she's hunted ducks, geese, pheasants, prairie dogs, and rabbits w/ me. she refuses to hunt antelope, deer, or elk though. oh well, take the victories where ya can get 'em.
