How long to get a non-res FL permit?

I saw on packing.org that to get a resident permit takes a long time but I'm not sure if it's just as long for a non-res since you don't have to show up in person.

Less than 60 days for my first non-res Florida. Less than 30 days for my renewal.

Faster than my resident New Mexico.

Barring any administrative problems (your picture wasn't the right size, etc) you are supposed to get it within 90 days.

I'm gonna apply for mine soon. I was thinking of just sending them my NRA basic pistol certificate (a photocopy) as proof of training. Will they accept that with or without notarization?
