How long to get C&R renewal after credit card charged?

I applied for my C&R renewal in January. ATF charged my credit card on Jan 23. I still have not received my license. How long do they usually take to send the license after they charge the card?

Should I contact them and ask? or wait?

Depends. My initial application took from Nov. '04 till Apr. '05.

My renewal was about three weeks.

Just wait. They take the money right away and send the product in their own sweet time.
I've had renewals come in three weeks, and I've had renewals come in over six weeks.
Pretty sure your old one is good until the renewal arrives, but you might need to send a copy of the cancelled check or the card charge somehow if you'rre wanting to buy something in the interim.

I received mine exactly 90 working days after they cashed my check. That was a couple years ago, but it took a long time to get it.
