So I had four different pistols at the range today: S&W 15-3 Combat Masterpiece, Walther PK380, Sig 320 (.380) and Beretta PX4 compact.
It was only a fair session. The Smith was wonderful...shooting the middle out of the targets at 7 yds. The Sig shot consistently high. The Walther was all over the place and I've shot the PX4 better.
Couldn't tell if it was me and an off day, or I was too rushed (had a granddaughters birthday so had less than hour) or just moving from trigger to trigger....taking a mag to make the transition and then getting used to the feel of the gun. Now I wasn't wild and off the paper, just didn't shoot as well as I usually do.
So I'm wondering...how many pistols do folks bring...and is it better to focus on one or two or do what I did?
Opinions??
