How many here also belong to GlockTalk?

Me too for GT -- I stopped posting there for a while because of the racism, but Eric has a new policy against racial epithets.
The 1911 section on GT was damaged badly by a few jerks who drove Teddy Jacobsen away. Dave Sample is still posting.

Same here. Only have one Glock, though it's a 10mm so I hang out at the 10-ring there. I have a 1911 along with some rifles, so here I am!

Member at GT also. I read more than post. Had joined TFL and came here from there.

Have to admit though, don't have my Glocks anymore. I just couldn't get used to the trigger. Now it is mostly Kimbers and CZs.

WaterBoo:what:

glocktalk has a lot of knowledgable members, and it is the fastest loading forum i know of.

i post there a lot because there are some good people there, unfortunatley glocktalk also seems to attract a lot of liberals. if you say something thats not PC you might be branded a racist.

g.t. is to p.c. and is run by afew select members who get away with breaking rules, while someone else will get banned for the same thing.:p

Word from a newbie

Member of GT since November of 2001, with 671 posts since then. Just signed up here only minutes ago and this is my first post. I learned of High Road from some of the folks here who post at GT too.

I have been a little upset at some of the attitudes over at GT as of late. Seems to be a lot of cop bashing, trolling, and people calling others racist because they don't prescribe to their liberal thoughts.

There is some great people with a lot of knowledge over at GT, but like I said above, it has become a little upsetting as of late.

i got kicked off this week after 3.5 years of membership.
went over to AR15.com and posted about it. post went 3 days and eric actually came over to the site and registerd to try and defend his dicision. total BS. the site is full of a few people with multiple usernames who keep disenting views down by posting multiple times w/ pictures of cats or other crap, driving the disenting post to the 3rd or 4th page. the motto is LONG LIVE THE ONE MAN THREAD.
by the way i was kicked off, they say, for asking Altpeachgirl (obvious dragqueen) if IT was pre or post op. funny thread worth the banning from the site to watch the sissys squirm for a few min.

Eric is very easy going; takes a real jerk to get banned from GT.

I love GT. It's a great site and the vast majority of the members are good folk.

I was Steve Tuna on TFL. I enjoyed that site very much and THR seems to have done a great job of carrying on the TFL feel.

I don't see any of the boards as being mutually exclusive. I take them as they are.

The big difference with GT is the use of the avitars. It helps get a flavor of who the person behind the post is.

GlockTalk was the first forum I joined, long before I found HKPro, waffen-online, visier, tacticalforums, TFL and now THR.
My membership is kinda "dormant" since I simply don't have the time for THR and GT.
