Load mag to full capacity, insert and rack slide. Good 'nuff for me to carry.
Why wouldn't I have my primary carry? Those that would leave their main fighting pistol home when doing these things have a poor mindset.it will probably be while you are dashing in the neighborhood convenience store for a loaf of bread, or walking out to the mailbox
... full magazine count, but tube empty or not, never +1
If I ever felt any "need" of +1, I would just carry something else higher cap
(besides, 5x10, or 10x5, equals one 50 rd box... it's a numerology thang, doncha' know)
As proven by our real world experience. In fact we have had more frames fail than magazines unless physically damaged.S&W 59 series held 15, but you can leave them loaded till hell freezes over without hurting the springs in the slightest!
Well, not always. Back in 75 we have a string of failures with Colts Trooper Mk.III. I personally had malfunctions with a new from the dealer Model 66. Anything mechanical can and will fail at one time or another. Having a backup plan always was a good thing to have. That plan should always consider the total failure of any available firearms.always going to go bang
You do realize the mag body is metal right? The plastic around the body is a coating, not cancer.Glocks always -1, don't trust the plastic long term.
Empty cylinder/chamber if I'm jogging with it (I don't fully trust the drop safety) just in case it falls, or the constant jarring... Otherwise full +1
