If you reload you can also buy bulk components and store them safely for later assembly. This may allow you to purchase more 'rounds' than you could otherwise on a limited budget as an investment. Ammo prices are going up as there is a rising shortage of raw materials including copper. It's worth researching the effectiveness of various dessicants and buying moisture absorbers as well as dehumidifiers. If you rely only on electronic systems of humidity monitoring and control it is imperative that you also invest in at least basic solar power/battery inverters so you can keep things tight if you lose power due to storms or whatever.

I personally own several firearms I have a total of zero rounds for.

Others I might have as few as a partial leftover box.

I have more .22 then anything else cause it is cheap and I shoot a fair amount of it.
