My range costs $15 to walk in but if you buy 2 boxes of ammo it goes down to $10. Plus you have to use their ammo, which is reasonably priced but has a slight mark up. With ammo I think I run 17-20/HR

Nothing, I go to My MIL's or over to PT140's place and shoot. Hope to be moving in about a month or two, then I just have to step out my back door and shoot all I want.

$15 a day, for indoor pistol range. Don't go much. Got a membership at an outdoor range, $150 a year.

Honestly, I wouldn't go to a range that charged by the hour.

The range I go to is not hourly. 10 bucks gets you a lane for as long as you want.

Actually, that's about the ONLY good thing I can thing of about the range I go to...

My local indoor range charges $20.00 an hour to non-members or $200.00 a year for a membership.

I now pay $150.00 per year to my local outdoor gun club with rifle, pistol, and skeet. :). I spend anywhere from 2-4 hours per week there so you can do the math. :)

Nothing, I go to a national forest and just pick a good spot where no one's around, which isn't hard as I usually go to a wilderness area and that tends to keep most people away...there aren't any ranges anyways that are close to me.

$350 a year for unlimited use.

It's a bit expensive but I go pretty much every week. This is about the only range that lets me shoot my reloads without any grief.

My range is outdoor, $5 a visit, and usually I'm the only one there. Problem is, it's kinda run down and is only open 8 months out of the year. It's about 15 minutes from my house.

I pay $125.00 a year at a private range for me and my wife. Unlimited range time and all kinds of shooting events included in the membership.

I pay $10.00 for all day. That is for rifle, handgun and shotgun. You can shoot all three for a one time daily fee of $10.00. You can leave and come back the same day at no extra charge.
Where? Garland Public Shooting Range. They have not raised their prices in 12 years. They are dedicated to providing a quality, safe place to shoot at a resonable prices.

$40/yr with unlimited usage. If I wanted to splurge I could spend an additional $5 one time to get a magnetic key card so I wouldn't have to use the padlock.

I guess averaging it out would be less than $1/hour

Oh.. didn't read. The poll is for indoor ranges. We don't have one of those that I am aware of in my area.

Did not vote on this one as in both locations where I live we have very nice public ranges that have covered shooting positions, good benches and close in parking. Partially supported by grants from NRA Foundation, Pitman-Robertson Funds, Forest Service and county park and recreation funding.

$12 all day, includes handgun, rifle and shotguns :D $1 per target if you buy it from them. and i don't have to pick up my brass :neener: :D this is Texas people :D
