How to date Colt GCNM?

I have a Colt Gold Cup National Match 1911 ( Series 80) that I picked up used around 20 years ago. I was curious to find it's date of manufacture but the Colt SN Lookup tool is giving me gibberish back. Is there another method/book/collectors site that might give me that info? Any help appreciated.
SN is 093XX if that helps.

Are you putting everything in? The Series 80 guns I have start with either letters, "FCXXXE", or "80BSXXXX", etc.

You need to put everything in. I just put mine in, and in both cases, it came back with on result, and the year and model of the gun.
