The lead bullet lube can be pretty smokey sometimes.

The indoor range has barred my reloads due to smoke.
I tumble lube all my lead.

So I have to buy factory ammo to shoot there.

I generally despise indoor ranges and rarely visit them. But it was a rainy day and I wanted to try out these new loads, so... My usual outdoor range will absolutely not care what I shoot.

I switched to powder coating my cast bullets. I still have a lot of alox ones I need to shoot and about 2k factory cast that seem like alox. Was funny started shooting my alox 7.62x54r in a indoor range it looked like I was using black powder until the guy running it remembered to turn on the air filter.
