Quite a bit of my hunting at home is done with dogs. Moatly after rabbits and foxes, and one reasaon is that they're seldom behind the seat, unloaded, as seems to be the case witrh a rifle every time I put up a fox while working.
Now let's see if this works....
Note that the fox in the latter picture was killed by me. I do not expect my terrier to do that.
This next pic was taken in the South Island of New Zealand, not all that far from Fox Glacier. Not a big head, but I earned it the hard way.
Top is a deer killed in 88. Gun is a Remington M722 in .257 Roberts. Middle is a buddy and his boat with a redhead out on Matagorda Island at Panther Point. The bottom is after an afternoon dove hunt. Gun is a Winchester M1400 12 gauge auto.
Dove hunt last year and I'm 20 years older. I'll be on my way to Waco again in a few weeks.
Gun is a Remington Spartan 20 gauge coach gun. My buddy is holding a Mossberg 835 in 12 gauge. I out shot him, but that's no big feat. LOL Just sorta sweet since he'd been making sport of my little 20 gauge, like, "But, Jack, where are the corks that go in the muzzle?"
My youngest son and I went out hunting last year and landed this bad boy along the river. I was hunting with my brother and brother in law. Some good times there.
