Ammo and access to the animals you want to hunt are not an issue for this 3-rifle battery to hunt anything on land. My choices are:
375 H&H
300 Weatherby
6.5 Creedmoor

I have asked this question over the years. Now and then the hot, new cartridge getting lots of "flash-in-the-pan" attention gets on the list. I'm not asking for defense of the choices, just your picks. Go!

12 gauge
308
460 weatherby
I can't imagine any critter or scenario in which some loading or another in one platform or another in one of those would not work well.

410 shotgun, I have killed everything I have every hunted with that one cartridge. Thankfully I have not been limited to one or even three cartridges and change deer rifles about every two to three years lately.

For hunting any and all game with just three cartridges I would have to choose 22 WMR, 375 H&H, and 12 gauge. If you don't have to worry about shooting birds in flight, and turkey if you're concerned about staying legal in this scenario, I would replace the 12 gauge with either a 6 or 6.5 Creedmoor and change the 22WMR to 22LR.

John Taylor described the tycoon who loved to hunt but had little spare time.
So when he got a break, he would charter a plane, pick up his .375 and whichever pre-packed suitcase suited the climate of his destination, and head off.
Taylor said he didn't try to snipe prairie dogs or fight elephants in close cover, but otherwise he was well equipped for about any trophy game.

I'm assuming this means 3 CENTER FIRE rifle cartridges and don't include 22LR and 12 ga shotguns. Those would be my 1st 2 picks.

For center fire rifle cartridges I like a 22 for varmints up to deer in a pinch. 223 is my pick.

For big stuff I'd go with 375 Ruger. It is versatile enough to take the biggest game on earth yet could be used on game as small as deer at pretty long range.

For general big game hunting literally anything from 26 caliber to 375 is a viable choice. Depends on your personal preferences, how much recoil you want to tolerate etc.

I'd choose 308, but there are lots of good choices in this range.
