Of all the odd meats, I'd have to say the green hamburger meat served in the public school systems here in Texas during the early 50's would probably rank near the top of the mystery chart for 'other odd animals'. I've hunted & cooked & shopped in local meat markets, open & enclosed & traveled about the world a bit doing it & have yet to ever see a critter w/green meat;-)
