First of all I would like to thank all of you for your responses.. Without your help I would have give up on the power measure and weighed each charge. This is a great forum!

I have over 12lbs of titegroup and I was not going to chunk it..

So, the power measure and I spent some quality time together over the weekend. I now have a system that throws 4.1 to 4.2 consistently with over 50 drops.

I went back to the disk and with the .37 hole I was throwing 3.9-4.0... I took a drill bit by hand and just cleaned up the edges and it went to 4.0-4.1.. Just a little more work and it went to 4.1-4.2 which is where I want to be..

I still have a little problen that I'm going to remedy tomorrow... This fine powder seems to push a little out the back of the top of the disk... I'm going to velcro a wiper on the measure to stop that..

I threw over 50 charges and am satisifed with the results. I labled that disk and it is now my 9mm disk..

I spent the rest of the weekend resizing and hand priming brass..

Thanks again for all your help..

I changed my 1.02 cavity to throw 13.5 grs. of 2400 .

It`s fine to do this , just verify with a good beam scale if & when ya change powders.

Like I know we all do :D

I found the adjustable bar especially on large doses of powder will not push all the powder into the drop tube .

It does a fine job on low charges though.

Instead of a wiper check the bottom of the hopper ,it may be worn .

I have stopped leaks by "resurfacing" the bottom of the hopper on a flat surface & a sheet of 320 sand paper!!

Better to stop the leak rather than try to controll it .;)
