to complicated to make i want it for 30/06 & 223 brass so if you made one i would love to see it
thanks

thank you for the link just looking for a simpler one for me to make something with a cake pan and a small motor and maybe a dimer switch for speed control and a way to hold the
torch in place

looking for a simpler one

It doesn't get much simpler than standing the cases up in a cakepan with water, heating them with a propane torch and then knocking them over to quench and it doesn't take up any space in your garage or basement.

I started doing it by turning cases by hand over a candle flame, when it gets too hot to hold annealing is complete . It works incredibly well with no risk of ruining brass from over cooking. I can do about 250 cases an hour.

Do a Google search for "skips annealer" - Skip is an Aussie who designed and built his own. You will find a few youtube videos of his device....

that's what i was thinking of but where can i find a small electric motor for this
i see lots on amazon but what kind do i need

Just curious, why do you think you "need" a annealing machine?

No problem, be sure to post a thread here on your build. Will be easier to find next time. ;)
