I need help (kel-tec p11)

I just recently got a kel-tec p11 that was a little rough and i noticed some rust on the slide. I tryed wd-40 it would not come off. I used ketchup and the finish is coming off but not the rust. It was not in the best of shape to begin with. I want to get it refinished as well as stop this rust. Anyone got any ideas, as were i should send it that works on kel-tec's and what will get this rust off?

There is a guy somewhere that duracoats guns. Or you can get it parkerized. I am sure someone else will be more helpful than I though.
Actually I think it is CCR that does it. Look in the misc items for sale.
