I Received Prompt Service From Kahr

Just an FYI. Want to share my good experience. Bottom line, I received prompt and friendly repair service from Kahr Arms.

I have a Kahr MK9. After the last trip to the range I noticed a hairline crack on the end of the slide. I emailed Kahr with photos and they promptly responded with authorization to send it back. I shipped it on 4/30 and received the repaired gun (new slide was installed) this morning, 10 day later.

Humorous part of the story is that I called Kahr today to check on the status (figured I would wait a week after it arrived at their shop). The person I spoke with said it had shipped yesterday and should arrive at my house today. Not more than 20 minutes later the doorbell rang and there was the Fed Ex man with the package. Can't wait to go shoot it.
 
I was very happy with their turn-around when I sent my PM9 barrel in for the "recall" last year. I sent them the slide at the same time to install some night sights, and they got both back to me within a week.
