Been photoing a bunch of my favorite things this weekend..........the theme here is American made, that's right there are still some American items that are American icon, that while duplicated are still the best when American made, the M14 is rock solid, the M16 is the rifle of the "free world" and American made Gibson and Fender are still the most sought after guitars and most widely used around the world.

That's right the right to rock shall not be infringed.

Here is my Remington model 700 SPS Varmint. It is chambered in .308 and has a 26 inch heavy barrel. The stock is a bell and carlson varmint/tactical with the vertical grip and aluminum block bedding. The scope is a Burris Extreme Tactical, 3-12x50mm with 30mm maintube and mil-dot reticle. The rings are Burris Signature dual dovetail and Burris bases.

How does it shoot?

How does it shoot?

How does it shoot? Well when I get time to shoot it shoots pretty good. When I was shootin regular I could make cloverleafs, I never did think to do any measuring. I had not been shooting for about six months and whe I went out I was pleasently suprised that I had lost ability to shoot but I still wasnt happy with results. That and I forgot my bean bag. I will be going out again and eventually going to a private range where I will get zero'd at 500 to 600, depending on whats available. Otherwise if I gotta make a shot and it has to hit the target without fail, I will have no problem depending on this set up.

someone likes FAL's:)

alas I still want one.Your top "shorty" qualifies as the ultimate "zombie" slayer though.;)30 rounds of 7.62x51 out of the shorty should do the trick.

Wow, pumpgunner, that is a really, really cool looking carbine you have set up there. I shall refrain from "lipstick on a pig" comments. :p I wouldn't do it, but very nicely done - I for one would not want to hack you off! :)

Must admit I don't understand the use of the word "sexy" in relation to guns - don't get the connection - there is nothing sexual about a gun. And as one who really likes sex, I don't want the phrase and concept corrupted. :)

Guns can be: Cool, sweet, tight, phat, dank, dope, sick, off the hook, etc. - YES. Sexy - NO.

Anyhoo I don't have any really nice ones but I have one or two that may be worth a pic, so I will put up later.
