ID OLD ROLLING BLOCK

Anyone able to help ID this old rolling block or point me in the right direction? I would really enjoy learning more about it but don't really know where to start, can't seem to find any markings. I appreciate any assistance, Ryan

More than a few of those were made in 7x57 (7mm Mauser), too. What caliber do you suppose this one is?

Remington 1871

You guys led me in the right direction through more research and comparing to other pictures, I believe it is a Remington 1871. Unfortunately, it is missing a screw in the reciever, has some rust, and damage to the buttstock....but for being that old and used it isn't too bad I guess. Thanks again.
