Heresy, I will always have more than one 9mm. If I had to pick though, I'd pick CZ. Though my FNP9-M is a perfect carry gun, and I have a Glock 23 on the way that I already have a 9mm conversion barrel for.

No Browning Hi Power?? I also like the way those new Ruger SR9 pistols feel, but of the ones you got i am going to have to go with Beretta. They are a solid gun and I really like the way they look with aftermarket wood grips.

Who the heck only can only live with one 9mm? Certainly not me.

Errrr.....compact size would be the most versitile. DA/SA would also give you more versitility than striker fired, SAO, or DAO. My vote from your list goes to the Sig P229(P228 is probably better for 9mm).

CZ-75. I've never shot one, but I've handled them and they're one of the few semi-autos that actually feel right in my hands.

A close second, I suppose, would be the Glock 19. I'm not a plastic-pistol person, but Glock's simplicity and reliability would be major influences for me.

If I could only have one 9m/m in my inventory it would be one of these
two, in NO particular order~!

A) Smith & Wesson model 39 or 39-2

or

B) West German SIG-SAUER P228

Now, the facts are I own both~! , the S&W 39-2 as well as the West
German SIG-SAUER P228.

If I could only have one 9mm pistol for everything, it would either be a CZ P-01 with a manual safety (they are only made with a decocker) or a Smith & Wesson M&P Compact. Both are medium size, medium capacity, very reliable, rail for light, small enough for CCW and decent enough for competition use.
