If you were a billionaire and could buy any gun and unlimited ammo, what would it be?

Phased Plasma Rifle in the 40 Watt Range

Someone already said the Dillon Aero... I would be happy with a M107 50 cal, fired one on mountain in Afghanistan

A Daisy BB gun and 100 BB's.
After tithing 10% to our church, the rest of the money I would save and live off of.

One of those carnival style full-auto bb booths, and have it installed in the den. If I'm allowed to pick 2 things, then put a more traditional shooting gallery (moving targets, whiskey bottles, real guns, etc) in the next stall.

Why don't you invest in manufacturing?

Not a bad idea. I could release the Skribs line of weapons. There would be nothing like them on the market. Okay there would be a lot that are kinda like them, but none that are exactly like them.

I would probably look at one of those Sig MRX subguns. I'd get a real subgun because I would either buy my own island or i'd start a machine gun dealership.

Um, lemme change my answer.

I'll buy Congress, get a Constitutional amendment rammed through that says "The Second Amendment is an INDIVIDUAL RIGHT and includes ANY small-arms operated by a single person, ANYWHERE, for ANY lawful purpose including but not specifically limited to defense of self, others and community."

"AK-47's for EVERYONE!"

I would start a pistol range here on Long Island, NY and have a lawyer on a retainer to process anyone's handgun applications and cover all of the fees for them.
Essentially it would become an 'official' office as a public service to help people who want pistols.
It would pay every cent in fees and, as much as possible, act as a go between, doing everything that does not absolutely have to be done in person by the applicant.

I'd also have a mean collection of antiques and all of the usual miniguns etc :D

ETA: oh, and I would also set up a manufacturing facility to make reproductions of old guns not covered by the Italian makers, especially British revolvers.

Webley break top revolver in .45ACP (blued or stainless) anyone?
Perhaps a Tranter? :D

Hire some R&D to make one of those 600 round AR15 magazines that "Time" mentioned in it's recent article. That would be a sight to see. Hmmm then Kalashnikovs, many many Kalashnikovs.

I would build and run the biggest gun range in the Southern Hemisphere.

And I would pour vast amounts of time and money into the war chests of http://www.shootersandfishers.org.au/ to get Australia's unfair gun laws repealed.

Oh, AND....

I'd get a Barrett 50 cal.
I like big guns!

cheap used 22lr pistol

you will find out that billionares dont spend the money thats why we have so many of it

No question for me:

Johnson Light Machine Gun please!

Lots of magazines and of course class three.

Why? The heritage of it being a favored weapon of The First Special Service Force and they being acknowledged in the official lineage as the precursor to Special Forces.

I have the rifle and enough ammo for awhile. I guess I'd start a prairiedog breeding program

American 180 or maybe a Thompson (I just think they are cool and look classy), or a M2 Carbine.

I really wouldn't spend a whole lot on guns; I'm pretty happy with the collection I have now. The hard part would be figuring out what charities and political causes to support.

I would buy a Super-Soaker from Wally World and the house next door to Andrew Cuomo. Then, every morning just as he bends over to pick up his newspaper, I would soak it. For some reason, as childish as it is, it seems like it would be a lot of fun.
