The Bob Marvel class.. Has anyone taken it?
I'm heading to North Carolina next year and want to know what to expect from folks that have been there. I've seen the GunsAmerica Youtube vid and read the reviews but would love some first hand knowledge so I can wrap my head around what "I" want to accomplish in building a 1911.
I posted a while back on my intentions to take a class and the Marvel class seemed to fit my perceived needs best. They have my deposit now I just need to wait a year. I'm already apprehensive.
I'm also in the middle of building a pistol off a Springfield Mil-Spec with the barrel, link, firing pin and spring being the only original parts that will be left, for now. I want to be very clear in my mind on what I am looking to accomplish with the class when I take it.
Thanks and I look forward to any responses.
I welcome responses via PM as well.
