I don't think that the difference is as dramatic as some people seem to think it is. It's not like I will fight one way with FMJ, and fight a DIFFERENT way with premium JHP.
They all suck. Some modern JHPs suck. LESS, but they still suck. You still have to assume they will fail to stop and keep firing until the threat stops. In the real world, there probably usualy isn't much difference.
Having said that, If I thought I could get away with it, yes, of course I would carry premium JHP in my issued M-9.
