Is it still an EBR if you paint it tan?

Well here's another question then: If it's no longer an EBR is it still evil? If not, should it be legal in CA?

Wouldn't that make it an evil tan rifle?

It's all about the evilness. Black, tan, green, whatever. Color doesn't matter. It's the evilness that counts. Paint it pink and it still has all of it's evil goodness.

Mmm, black and tan...

Careful tenbase, I know a couple bars where ordering a "black and tan" will get you thrown out....through the window:uhoh: (Hint: It's called a Half and Half).

Painting an EBR tan makes it an ETR, and if it is no longer evil it becomes a NTR (Nice Tan Rifle). Now if you paint it pink and chop the barrel you get a NPSBR....I could go on:eek:

The Evil lies not in the color, but in the heart of the beast, somewhere near the sear :D
Colored EBRs are extra cool. Someday when I have a large flock of them I'll start having them custom coated.

SBR??

Mine must be a SBR because I have been waiting for it to do something EVIL, but it just sort of lays there. So it must be a Sissy Black Rifle.

Mine are all green. Does that make them environmentally friendly? :D

Hey wouldn't be the first time...besides, B&T and H&H are two different drinks :D

The above rifle is pretty hot. I think it's worthy of Sexy Black Rifle status.

I see now I am deficient in black rifles! All mine have wood furniture on them. Is my Evil Black Shotgun only dangerous out to a certain distance? Maybe I should load it with underpowered no.11 shotshells.

Enhanced Battle Rifle... paint it any color you want. Except for bright blue.

Now, if you have a SUR, Sport Utility Rifle, you can paint it blue and put oversized wheels, or a bipod, on it. :D

GotM4,

Tell me about that selector switch you have on there. Do you like it? Is it easier/quicker to use than a standard switch?

Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, it's a Rock River Arms 'star' safety. It's a little easier for me to move from safe to fire.

I think with the involvement in the Gulf for the past decade or so, and the shift in our armed forces' color schemes, it's safe to say that...

Tan is the new Black:)

and that means it's still  e v i l.

The first requirement of an EBR is that it be a rifle. The second requirement is that it be black. Evil is a judgment call.
