Is "lucky gunner" a good dealer?

I need some .308 ammo just for shooting and I'm out of the 80 rounds of Federal that I bought a few months back. I found some Tula ammo at lucky gunner for 33cents a round.

yep. bad ammo though, it wont group well I would stick to using Hornady or Federal.

Palmetto has brass cased boxer primed for 50 cents a round.
