Hi all,
I was looking for a good gift for a up and coming gunny and came across this deal on Woot.com for a Bushnell Elite CONX Laser Rangefinder w/ Kestrel Sportsman Ballistics Weather Meter. https://sport.woot.com/offers/bushnell-elite-rangefinder-with-kestrel-2?ref=w_cnt_cdet_sprt_dly_tl.
What do you think about this product? Is it good quality? Are there better ones out there you can suggest?
And what about the price - am I getting a good bang for my buck? It seems to have come down allot, but you know how people change things to puff up a sale - is it really a good price?
Thank you all in advance.

I would refer you back to your other post with the same question about the same product in this same forum...

Your thread asking the same question from last week

As I said in your other thread, there’s nothing wrong with either the Kestrel 5700 Sportsman or the Bushnell Elite 1 Mile rangefinder. At the current Amazon price, the package deal is exceptionally hard to beat. The LRF should be worth at least $250 if resold used, and the Kestrel worth $300 used, so getting this kit for $400 is phenomenal. The 1 Mile is considerably larger than some other units, and lacks a certain sex appeal of say, the Sig 2200 or Leica 1600B in its price class, but it does include the onboard ballistic engine, and Bluetooth connectivity which are absent in these other models. The Kestrel Sportsman isn’t their top model, but rather the 2nd tier model. For $200, it can be upgraded with a software update to become the top tier model - which really only adds the ability to store more rifle profiles in the ballistic engine. I use a Kestrel Sportsman and a Sig 2200, but I own this kit, and there’s nothing wrong with the Bushnell Elite 1 Mile.
