I know there have been a lot of shady dealers taking advantage of the various shortages, so I wouldn't rule out an all-out scam. But a couple of facts: there really is a mothballed / abandoned ammo factory in East Texas. And the other thing, regarding the PSA / Ukrainian deal - Palmetto State Armory is the real deal, and the article I cited earlier is quoting a post that the owner of PSA made on that other popular gun forum. Now, what happens in either deal? No idea. Good people with good intentions fail to succeed all the time. And scammers are a dime a dozen.
