niiiiiice. Is this even legal? I understand it is illegal to saw off shotguns beneath a certain length.

Do they even make Ithica shotguns anymore?

100% legal, as it is a toy. And, no, Ithica shotguns (other than the one in the link) were ever made.

I didn't even examine the website very closely. LOL!!! I just typed in Ithica shotgun in a search engine and this is what came up. Looked cool. So in all haste I cut and pasted the link here. ROTF LOL!!!

But you did confuse me on one little point. I thought Ithica was a brand of shotgun just like Remington or Mossberg. I mean I have seen real ones on real guns websites and in person. EDIT: Okay 'nother duuuuuhh. IthAca (not IthIca) Gotcha.

I guess the more appropriate question at this point is....WOULD THIS BE legal if the picture was a real shotgun.

Yes, it would be legal as a real firearm, provided it was registered as a SBS or AOW.

Ithaca did make a very similar short shotgun with a pistol grip.

It was known as the Ithaca "Stakeout".

You also tend to read about those idiots getting shot by said cop. Tragic, but totally their own fault. If a cop saw someone waving one of those around, I wouldn't be that suprised if the guy gets taken down.
