I've been thinking about getting an IWB mag pouch for my single-stack Kahr CW9 mags. Prefer Kydex, but would be ok with black leather. Nothing too pricey though.

Couldn't a person wear a clip-on holder backwards? One would have to order the off-hand version so the magazine would be facing the right way.

Only those who don't know any better and have not practiced CCW for long think that an IWB mag pouch is a good idea.
I'd recommend that you get an OWB mag pouch that goes no lower than just below the belt. Just as concealable, and much less uncomfortable.

I bought the Bianchi IWB clip on ones for 1911 single stacks when I did not know any better. When I pull the mag, the mag pouch comes with. Its a good way to get yourself killed.

You can have mine cheap if you want them.

I use a knife pouch to carry my spare mag. Conceals it in plain sight.

+1. I have a Milt Sparks IWB mag pouch for my Sig P228. For me, it is very uncomfortable. The double-stack mag end digs into my hip.

Crossbreed holsters makes one. I use his holsters and they are great. I have not used the mag pouch but it looks good.

I have one made by FIST for a 45 ACP. High quality product but wearing an IWB mag holder turned out to be a real pain in the ---. It was so doggone uncomfortable that I just flat out gave up on it.
