Odd thing about the rifle is that the model shows as 84 C-, yep, NOT 84-C. But C- . The guntrader book actually shows it as model 84-S. Not sure if it is missing a hood on the front sight. Has a peep peep rear, v notch mid sight and a flat, sheet metal post front sight. Does the 84 C-, have some sort of significance or did someone just put the numbering stamps in the wrong spots ? And why is there 2 different rear sights ? Any sort of insight appreciated. A sheet of what I could figure out is listed below. J. Steven Arms Co.
