...This was the best $100 I've spent in a while. John Ross is well informed, and the class was quite user friendly. I was able to get in on a class at the last last minute tonight, as there was room due to cancellations, i guess. ( i had also recieved an invitation to hunt vermin, but i discovered the invitation was from another sort of vermin...but that's a story better written elsewhere, like upon a toilet stall wall, lol...)
Not only were an overview of the law& a layman's interpretation presented, but some thought provoking scenarios of what could happen, before, during and after an incident involving firearms & use fo deadly force. I was impressed by the depth of knowledge; I feel John Ross was a very good pick for CCW instruction. any question I had was given consideration and answered fully.
...an added bonus: I was only one of two people attending class tonight. It was like John Ross, one-on one! cool... he also had brought several pieces from his collection just to give a feel of the varied choices available in handguns suitable for CCW; they included a keltec, some lightweight revolvers, plus standard S&W issues, 22's, & a couple of hand cannons ;-)
looking forward to the range time this weekend! range report when i get back!

Glad you enjoyed it! I just finished about a week ago, and it saddens me that everyone can't receive training from Ross. I'm starting his book right after I finish DiLorenzo's The Real Lincoln (highly reccommend it -- should be required reading before you finish high school). To anyone who doesn't know: Ross gives you a very good deal when buying his book when you're at his range ;) :D

Hmmmm.....I wonder who that could have been....

I'll save some for you...
