Just found out a girl I work with was shot a couple days ago

Things are getting crazy in this town, and people wonder why I carry my gun with me wherever I go when I go out somewhere.

That report didn't exactly paint the clearest picture. Who's the suspect? Who did she verbally disagree with? Where did the shooting take place? Was she in her car when it rammed a red probe into the family's apartment?

I guess the newspapers assume that criminals don't read since they print her address in the paper so everyone knows where to go for an apartment that is most likely empty for a few days while she is in the hospital. But yet, they won't give addresses for the alleged bad guys when they know them.

I can commiserate - an officer I used to work with was shot to death Saturday, off duty, by a drug dealer.

my little girl (well 27 and married) lives in Huntersville and works in Charlotte.
Thank God I Taught her to shoot and she carries.
